Buying an NPI franchise gets you more than just a good name. The inspection software was updated by NPI Corporate in 2006 with increased multi-family commercial capabilities. Voice and handwriting recognition allow you to enter information via dropdown lists or menus as you walk through the home. This gives the inspector the option of printing on-site. We produce one-use CDs with the NPI logo to professionalize your report without ever using the print function. The old quip -- a picture is worth a thousand words -- holds true in the property inspection business. Digital pictures are an essential resource for both the inspector and the client.
