The training covered a myriad of essential topics from marketing and financial management … to cartwheels and front rolls. Finally, they spent a week long internship at an established The Little Gym franchise unit.
When they opened their outlets for business, the training and support continued with regional and national courses during the year. The Dickisons also attended the annual The Little Gym International's annual "reunion" … which is their annual convention. Paul was selected as a member of the executive advisory committee where he is able to participate in round table discussions and network with fellow franchise owners. The Little Gym also provides franchisees with their own personal business consultant always just a phone call away. With all the training and immediate support available to the Dickisons simple cannot imagine what their life would be like if they didn't decided to become The Little Gym owners.
